What is JetBite?

JetBite is a community-powered guide to what food is being served in airport lounges right now. Travelers report and confirm what they see, so other travelers can decide which lounge is worth visiting. It is not an official menu; it reflects what fellow travelers have shared.

How do I report what's being served?

Open the lounge you're in, tap the upload (+) button, take or choose a photo of the food, add the item name, and submit. Your report appears in that lounge for other travelers. Reports are time-limited and fade as the food is no longer likely to be available.

What does "confirm" do?

Tapping confirm on an item tells everyone that food is still out. Confirmations keep the freshest items ranked at the top. There's a short cooldown between confirmations on the same item.

Why does a lounge say "Nothing reported right now"?

JetBite is community-driven, so a lounge only shows food when a traveler has recently reported it. If it's empty, no one has reported there recently. Be the first, and you'll help the next traveler.

How do I report an inappropriate or inaccurate photo?

Tap the flag icon on any photo to report it. We review flagged content and remove anything that violates our guidelines, usually within 24 hours. Content is also screened by automated moderation before it posts.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and the content you submitted. You can also email support@jetbite.app to request deletion.

My account was suspended. How do I appeal?

Accounts that repeatedly submit content violating our guidelines may be suspended. If you believe this was a mistake, email support@jetbite.app and we'll review your appeal.

Does JetBite track my location?

No. JetBite does not collect your device's location. You choose which lounge you're in from a list; the app never reads your GPS. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Trouble signing in or verifying your email?

Check your spam or junk folder for the verification email. If it still hasn't arrived, or you're stuck on sign-in, email support@jetbite.app and we'll sort it out.
