This Cookie Policy explains how Kimya Buckner (doing business as JetBite) ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with the JetBite mobile application and the websites at jetbite.app and legal.jetbite.app (collectively, the "Services").
The short version: JetBite does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking cookies of any kind. We only use the minimum cookies required for the Services to function.
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember preferences, and to provide information to the website's owner. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by parties other than the site owner are called "third-party cookies."
None. The mobile app does not use cookies. When you sign in, the app stores your authentication tokens in your device's native secure storage (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore), not as browser cookies.
If a web version of JetBite is available and you log in, we set one essential cookie to keep you signed in across page loads:
We do not use analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Plausible, no anything), advertising cookies, social-media pixels, A/B-testing cookies, or any other category of tracking.
This legal site is static HTML hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not set any first-party cookies on it. Cloudflare's edge network may automatically set a single third-party cookie on its own behalf:
__cf_bm — set by Cloudflare for bot management and DDoS protection. Strictly necessary, expires within 30 minutes of your last request. More info from Cloudflare. This cookie does not track you across other websites or identify you personally; it exists to distinguish humans from bots so we can serve pages without rate-limiting real visitors.
We do not use web beacons, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, session-replay tools, Flash Local Shared Objects, or any similar tracking technology. We do not embed third-party social-media buttons or content that would set their cookies on your visit.
The only third party that may set cookies through the Services is Cloudflare, which provides our CDN, DNS, and bot-protection layer. Cloudflare's cookies are limited to operational, security, and bot-management purposes — not analytics or advertising. See Cloudflare's cookie policy for details.
Other third parties that JetBite uses behind the scenes — Railway (hosting), Cloudflare R2 (image storage), Resend (transactional email), OpenAI and Google (AI image processing) — do not set cookies in your browser through the Services. They process data on the server side only. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we share with these processors and why.
Because the Services do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies, there is nothing to opt out of. If you want to clear the essential session cookie (jetbite.app website only), the easiest options are:
jetbite.app in your browser's privacy settings.Browser-specific instructions for managing cookies:
Since we do not track you in the first place, "Do Not Track" browser signals have no impact on what we do — there is nothing for us to disable.
If we ever introduce new cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies, we will update this policy and bump the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes — for example, adding analytics or any non-essential cookies — we will notify registered users by email at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect, consistent with our Terms of Service.
